Terms of Use
1. General Provisions
These Terms of Use regulate the use of the Carpinity website (carpinity.hr) and the purchase of products through it. By using the website and/or purchasing products, you agree to these terms. The seller is Carpinity, VAT ID: [COMPANY VAT ID], with headquarters at [COMPANY ADDRESS].
2. Products and Prices
All prices are stated in euros (EUR) and include VAT (25%) in accordance with the Value Added Tax Act. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. The price valid at the time of order is the final price for the buyer.
3. Order and Purchase
An order is considered confirmed upon receipt of confirmation via e-mail. We reserve the right to refuse an order in the event of product unavailability, incorrect pricing, or suspicious activity. The purchase agreement is considered concluded at the moment of order confirmation.
4. Payment
We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard) via the secure Shopify Payments system
- Cash on delivery (cash payment upon package delivery)
5. Delivery
Delivery is carried out within the Republic of Croatia. The delivery period is 2-4 working days from order confirmation. The delivery cost is 5.00 EUR, and it is free for orders over 50.00 EUR. The risk of accidental damage or loss of goods passes to the buyer at the moment the shipment is handed over to the delivery service.
6. Right to Unilateral Termination of Contract (Product Return)
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (NN 41/14, 110/15, 14/19), the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without stating a reason. The buyer is obliged to inform us of the decision to withdraw via e-mail at info@carpinity.hr.
The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. The costs of the return shipment are borne by the buyer. We will refund the money within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method the buyer used.
7. Complaints and Material Defects
In case of a damaged or faulty product, contact us at info@carpinity.hr within 48 hours of receiving the shipment. In accordance with the Obligations Act, the seller is liable for material defects of the item within 2 years from the delivery of the item to the buyer.
8. Warranty
For products that come with a manufacturer's warranty, the warranty conditions are specified with the product. The warranty certificate is valid upon presentation of the invoice.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the website (texts, images, logos, design) is the property of Carpinity and protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or distribution of content is prohibited.
10. Dispute Resolution
All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the court in [PLACE OF HEADQUARTERS]. The buyer can submit a complaint via e-mail at info@carpinity.hr. In accordance with EU Regulation no. 524/2013, the consumer can use the online dispute resolution (ODR) platform available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
11. Limitation of Liability
Carpinity is not responsible for any damages caused by improper use of purchased products nor for the interruption of website operation caused by technical reasons or force majeure.
