Return & Refund Policy
At Carpinity, we strive to provide quality fishing products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with European Union consumer protection laws.
Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
- It must be in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Non-returnable items
Due to the nature of our products, certain items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used bait products (boilies, dips, etc.)
- Perishable goods
- Custom or personalized products
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
